You must be 18 or older to purchase credits or use this service.

• Credits are purchased in bundles and do not expire.
• Each message you send uses one credit.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Because credits don't expire, you're always free to use them whenever you'd like — there's no need to request a refund for unused credits.
• If a technical error causes a payment to be charged without credits being added to your account, contact us at [support email] and we'll correct it.

Messages are answered in the order received, once the operator is online. Online hours are posted daily on the site. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary — this is a personal service, not an automated or instant-reply system.

Please keep messages respectful. We reserve the right to end a conversation or restrict access for abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior, without refund of used credits.
